Before typing a password: check the address
This is the most important part of this page. A fake sign-in page can look identical to the real one, so appearance is not a test.
- Read the address from the right-hand end. The part before the first single slash is the owner.
brand.somewhere-else.comdoes not belong tobrand. - Do not sign in from a link in a message. That includes links that look official and results from search advertising. Type the address yourself, or use a bookmark you saved earlier.
- Watch your password manager. If it refuses to autofill on a page it normally fills, that is a warning. Do not copy the password across by hand to work around it.
- Be suspicious of a page that asks for a two-step code first, before your password. A reversed order is the signature of a relay page.
Two-step codes can be stolen too. Some fake pages pass your password and code straight through to the real site in real time, then take over the session. That is why you should never enter a verification code into a page whose address you are unsure of. A hardware security key or a passkey cannot be relayed this way, which is exactly why we recommend them.
Signing in
- Open the official sign-in page from the link at the bottom of this page, in a new tab.
- Enter the email address you registered with. Not a display name, not another username.
- Enter the password through your password manager where you have one, rather than typing it. That reduces typos and confirms the address matches.
- Complete two-step verification with your authenticator app or security key. Never read this code aloud to anyone, including someone claiming to be DEWA89 support.
- On a shared computer, sign out when you finish. Closing the tab does not end the session.
There is no separate registration system yet. This button opens the brand's own site, dewa89official.site. Until a dedicated sign-up page exists, there is no account form to open from here — and we would rather say that than send you somewhere that does not match what you clicked.
If you cannot sign in
Work from the lightest cause upward. Most cases are resolved by the first or second row.
| Symptom | Most likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The password is rejected although you are sure it is right | A capital letter, an invisible trailing space, or your manager filling an older value | Use "forgot password" rather than repeated attempts. An attempt limit can lock the account temporarily. |
| The two-step code is not accepted | The device clock has drifted, or the code expired before you entered it | Make sure the device time is automatic. If it still fails, use a saved recovery code. |
| The recovery email is no longer reachable | The old address is dead or no longer yours | Contact us through the support page before anything else goes wrong. This is far easier to fix before you are locked out. |
| A sign-in from an unrecognised device was reported | Your password is likely known to someone else | Change the password immediately, then sign out every other session. Also review the recovery email and registered verification methods. |
| Repeated code requests, then a block | Repeated requests look like an automated attempt | Stop trying for a while. Waiting is usually faster than persisting. |
If you think the account has already been taken over, do not stop at changing the password. Sign out every active session, check whether a recovery email or phone number was added without your knowledge, and check for message-forwarding rules you did not create. Changing a password without ending existing sessions is often not enough, because a session already in progress stays live.
If you still cannot get in
Contact us through the support page and include:
- The email address the account uses.
- The last step that worked before the problem started.
- The exact error message, copied as it appears.
Never send your password, a two-step code, or a recovery code in a message, including to us. We will never ask for them, and a message that does is not from us.
About DEWA89, and who runs this site
DEWA89 is a technology education platform. The site you are reading is the brand's official home: where we explain who we are, what is available, how the community is run, and how to reach us.
We promise nothing we cannot demonstrate, and we publish nothing you cannot check. Where a page states a figure, a price or a commitment, that statement lives on the page itself — not only in an advertisement, and not only on a page that has since been deleted.
How this site is run
- No tracking. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts on this site. We collect nothing about you while you read.
- Reading needs no account. Every page on this site can be read without registering. There is no visitor database and no form on these pages that gathers data. An account is only needed for features that store something of yours; the registration page will be linked from the navigation once registration is actually open.
- No affiliate links. No link on these educational pages pays us a commission. If that changes, the change is disclosed where the link appears.
What we do not claim
- We are not an accredited institution. We do not issue diplomas and we do not present our material as equivalent to formal education.
- We do not promise outcomes. Learning technology takes time, and no platform can guarantee a job or an income.
- We do not replace professional help. For a legal or medical question, or a security incident that has already happened to your account, the body that can act is the authority — not us.
