What we can help with
| Kind of message | Can we help? | What makes it quick |
|---|---|---|
| Material is wrong, outdated, or a step no longer works | Yes. Our highest priority. | Name the page, the section, your software version, and what happened. |
| A broken or misdirected link | Yes. | Name the page and the link. |
| A term used in the material without being explained | Yes. That is a sign we are not finished writing. | Give the term and the page you found it on. |
| A copyright problem with our material | Yes. | Name the section and the original source. |
| A feature or tool request | Possibly. Not all requests can be built. | Describe the problem you want solved, not only the feature name. |
| "Please fix my code" | No. We do not do anyone's assignment or project. | Ask in the community, saying what you already tried. |
| "My account elsewhere was hacked, please help" | No. We have no access to any account outside this site. | Contact that provider, and your bank if money is involved. Step-by-step guidance is on our educational site. |
| "Link to my site" / "accept my guest article" | No. We do not accept paid links or placed articles. | There is no route for this and there will not be one. |
A standing warning, on a site that discusses digital security: we will never ask for a password, a one-time code, a recovery code, or remote access to your device. We will never ask you to confirm personal details by replying to a message. Any message claiming to come from DEWA89 and asking for any of that is not from us.
How to report an error in the material
A specific report is fixed far faster, because we do not have to find the passage you mean first.
- The page and the passage. Quote the sentence or name the heading.
- What you believe is wrong. "This step fails on the current version", "this link leads to a page that moved", "this term is used before it is defined".
- The source you are relying on. A link to official documentation helps, but your first-hand experience is also valuable — just say that is where it comes from.
What happens next
- We read it and check it against the source ourselves.
- If you are right, we fix it and — for changes that alter the substance — record what was wrong, what it now says, and the date of the change.
- If you are not right, we reply explaining why, with the source we checked.
- If we cannot determine it either way, we say so, and mark the passage as uncertain rather than leaving it looking settled.
How your data is handled
Because this is the first question a reasonable reader asks, the answer belongs on the official page rather than buried in a separate document.
| Item | How it is handled |
|---|---|
| Cookies and trackers | None. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no advertising pixels or third-party scripts. |
| Forms and sign-up | No form on this site collects data. No account is created here. |
| Server logs | The hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, URL, user-agent) under its own policy. We do not process them to track individuals. |
| Email you send us | Kept only as long as needed to handle your message, and never added to a marketing list. |
| Free tools | They run in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to our servers. |
Outbound link policy
We link to sources outside this site, and you are entitled to know how those links are chosen.
- What we link to. Official documentation from the maker of the software, technical standards, government bodies, and non-profit organisations whose methodology can be checked.
- What we do not do. No affiliate links, no paid links, and no link placed because someone paid for it. If that ever changes, the change is disclosed at the link itself.
- Why some links carry
rel="nofollow". Not because we distrust the source, but because we choose not to pass any ranking value outward. We link so you can verify, not to confer a benefit. - Our own guide site. Our educational guides sit on a separate domain, and we say so openly wherever the link appears.
Contact
Every message described above goes to one address, and that address is read by the DEWA89 maintainer named in the panel below this page.
What makes a message quick to handle
- One message, one subject. Several problems in one message means one of them gets missed.
- Name the page and the passage, not just "something is broken".
- If it concerns a technical step, give the software or system version you are running.
We do not promise a fixed response time, and we would rather say that than write a promise we cannot keep. Messages that name a page and a source tend to be answered first.
About DEWA89, and who runs this site
DEWA89 is a technology education platform. The site you are reading is the brand's official home: where we explain who we are, what is available, how the community is run, and how to reach us.
We promise nothing we cannot demonstrate, and we publish nothing you cannot check. Where a page states a figure, a price or a commitment, that statement lives on the page itself — not only in an advertisement, and not only on a page that has since been deleted.
How this site is run
- No tracking. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts on this site. We collect nothing about you while you read.
- Reading needs no account. Every page on this site can be read without registering. There is no visitor database and no form on these pages that gathers data. An account is only needed for features that store something of yours; the registration page will be linked from the navigation once registration is actually open.
- No affiliate links. No link on these educational pages pays us a commission. If that changes, the change is disclosed where the link appears.
What we do not claim
- We are not an accredited institution. We do not issue diplomas and we do not present our material as equivalent to formal education.
- We do not promise outcomes. Learning technology takes time, and no platform can guarantee a job or an income.
- We do not replace professional help. For a legal or medical question, or a security incident that has already happened to your account, the body that can act is the authority — not us.
